HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FLIGHT

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FLIGHT

What to bring:

Regardless of weather, it tends to be very bright in the air, so we recommend sunglasses.  If you fly with us in cooler months, don't forget your coat.  Your flight is also a great photo opportunity, so be sure to bring a camera! You can text or tweet or insta during the flight, to post photos of your adventure in real time.  Tag us! @ClassicHeli or use the hashtag #seattlehelitours.

What time should I arrive for my flight?

We recommend you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your flight.

How much should I tip my pilot?

Can I make changes to my reservation?

How can I share my experience?

Can I bring food or drink on my flight?

Just like any other service job, typical tip rates apply.  Tips are not expected, but are greatly appreciated.

You can make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before your flight.  To make changes to your reservation use the email field below, or by phone at (206) 767-0515 between 9 am and 5 pm Pacific time daily.  Please provide the first and last name on the reservation and the date of the flight to be changed.

Follow us on Facebook, SeattleHeliTours or on Instagram, @ClassicHeli.  Use the hashtag #SeattleHeliTours on all platforms to share your experience, and join the conversation with others who have flown with us.  Find out about events we attend, special tours, and other promotions.

To keep our aircraft clean, we do not permit food or drinks in the aircraft, except clear water in a bottle with a secure lid.
